Who processes your data

The data controller is name, VAT number and address of the controller (pending), operating as Construction Andros, based in Batsi, Andros. For any matter concerning your personal data, contact us at info@construction-andros.gr or on +30 697 159 7542. This policy covers the website construction-andros.gr only.

What data we collect

We only collect what you enter yourself in the call-back form, on the contact page or beside each service:

• Name
• Phone number
• The service you are interested in
• Your message, if you write one

The form also tells us which page it came from and its language, so we know which service you were looking at. We do not collect card or payment details through the website, because the website does not take payments, and we do not build visitor profiles. Calls and Viber messages to our number do not pass through the website.

Why we process it and on what legal basis

We process the form details for one purpose only: to call you back about the job you are interested in and, if you wish, to arrange a site visit and an estimate. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, under Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679). If the request becomes a job, we use the same details to carry it out and meet our tax obligations.

The website loads everything it needs from our own server, including the fonts, and uses no statistics or advertising services.

We do not send marketing or newsletter messages. If we ever want to, we will first ask for your explicit consent, separately.

Who sees your data

The form details reach us as an email and are seen only by the people who handle requests. They are not sold, rented or passed to third parties for commercial purposes. The only recipients apart from us are:

• The website hosting provider, as processor, with servers inside the European Union
• The provider of our email (pending), where requests arrive
• The competent authorities, where the law requires it

How long we keep it

If your request does not lead to a job, we keep the email and its details for twelve months from the request and then delete them. If it leads to a job, the details are kept for as long as tax obligations require. You can ask for earlier deletion, unless there is a legal obligation to keep the data.

Your rights

You have the right of access to your data, and the rights to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. To exercise any of them, email info@construction-andros.gr or call +30 697 159 7542. We reply within one month at the latest. If you believe the processing of your data breaks the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr (opens in a new tab)).

Security and cookies

The website runs only over an encrypted connection (https) and has no user accounts or visitor passwords. It sets no cookies. If you switch between the light and dark theme, your browser remembers the choice on your device, and it is not sent to us. The Viber button opens Viber only if you press it, and from there Viber's own terms apply.

Changes to this policy

If anything material changes in the way we process your data, we will update this page and its date. You will also find our details on the contact page.
